We have a new guest this month: Pastor Doug Hamp of The Way Congregation in Denver, Colorado. He shares his testimony of learning about our Hebraic identity in Messiah Yeshua, and how that impacts our approach to the Scriptures. As with many of our previous guests, that includes an understanding of Shabbat, the Feasts of the Lord, the dietary laws, and our relationship with the Jewish people. Doug’s story, however, has more of a theological aspect for the simple reason that he has studied and taught Dispensational Theology for many years. In our three new shows this month, Doug outlines how his paradigm shifted as he encountered parts of Scripture that were difficult to explain from a Dispensationalist perspective. He also tells us of the One in Messiah Convocation that his congregation hosted July 18-20 in Denver and the Commonwealth Theology model he and his colleague Doug Krieger have developed. This show also features music by Melody Joy and Will Spires, and a discussion with Barry Phillips and David Jones inspired by the Feast of Shavuot (Pentecost).
